As legal issues continue to arise for The Flash star Ezra Miller, the actor has apparently deleted their Instagram account, and there are reports that a court attempting to serve an order against Miller is unable to locate them. The actor is experiencing legal issues in Hawaii, Massachusetts, and North Dakota that include accusations of violence, psychological intimidation, and other forms of misconduct.
The actor's verified Instagram account vanished this week, and apparently, so has Miller. According to the Los Angeles Times, an Instagram representative confirmed the account was "user disabled this week". This is happening just days after a North Dakota tribal court issued a protective order against Miller due to allegations that Miller had groomed an 18-year-old beginning at age 12.
Other social media users have begun reposting the images Miller allegedly shared to their Instagram before deleting it. The pictures included quotes like "you cannot touch me, i am in another universe", and a lengthy paragraph about Miller shielding themself from "negative people and their ill intent."

The most recent accusations against Ezra Miller
The most recent accusation comes from attorney Chase Iron Eyes and his wife, pediatrician Sara Jumping Eagle, who are seeking protection for their child, 18-year-old non-binary Tokata Iron Eyes. The couple is accusing Miller of "psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating and endangering the safety and welfare of Tokata Iron Eyes,” according to a report from the Los Angeles Times.
Reports say the two have interacted several times over the past six years, including Tokata's parents allowing them to fly to London with Miller for the Fantastic Beasts premiere in 2017. During this event, Miller allegedly tried to share a bed with 14-year-old Tokata before being stopped by a chaperone.
Tokata's parents have been working for months to get Tokata to leave Miller so their child can be "their beautiful independent self.” Tokata has been spotted with Miller multiple times, including during some of the actor's altercations in Hawaii. As of now, a court hearing is set for July 12 for Tokata and Miller to appear.
In Massachusetts, The Daily Beast reports that a 12-year-old nonbinary child was granted an order of protection against Miller. The core incident apparently unfolded at a game night in February at a home in Greenfield, Massachusetts, which is about 40 miles from Miller's ranch in Stamford, Vermont. The social gathering was hosted by a friend of Whitney Suters, a musician Miller is friends with.
Miller was allegedly wearing a bulletproof vest, and when a conversation about a board game went awry, Miller apparently opened their jacket to reveal a gun. Witnesses say Miller screamed at them, and later apologized for the outburst.
The actor would continue to contact the family — interacting with the child in particular — in April, May, and June.
Ezra Miller's ongoing legal issues
Miller's legal issues started this past March when the actor was arrested at a bar in Hilo, Hawaii. In that instance, Miller was fined $500 for a disorderly conduct charge, while the Hawaii Tribune-Herald reports that two other charges were dropped.
However, when Miller was set to appear in court for the incident in Hawaii, the actor was arrested again for allegedly throwing a chair and injuring a woman at a home in Pahoa on Hawaii's Big Island.
Before Miller's legal troubles began this year, the actor made headlines for an April 2020 altercation at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. According to Variety, Miller grabbed a woman by the throat and threw her to the ground. Local authorities declined to investigate that incident.
As of now, Miller is still set to star as The Flash in the upcoming DC movie that's coming on June 23, 2023. In April, after Miller's original altercation in Hawaii, there was a Rolling Stone report saying Warner Bros. held an emergency meeting to discuss Miller's future with the studio.
The report said the consensus was to "hit pause" on future projects involving Miller. However, a source within the studio later told IGN that the initial reports' claims were exaggerating.
At this time, Miller's future as The Flash remains unclear. The actor is also known for appearing in all three Fantastic Beasts movies, the future of which could hang in the balance depending on the performance of The Secrets of Dumbledore.
